Every shipment moves through the same eight nodes. Shippers buy any set of them, next to each other or not. Partners serve any set of them with their own capacity. Whatever the split, the shipment stays in one record, with one tracking view and one statement, and a person approves every handover.

Your nodes do not need to touch. Between them, Acrocargo or another scored partner runs the chain, and each handover is a document on the same record.

- Requests find you. Matched by lane, price band and your score; urgent requests go to the best-scored partners first.
- Fixed settlement. T+7 after proof of delivery or release, in CAD or USD, line by line against your quote.
- Tools included. WMS for warehouses, driver app for fleets, API for everyone, in your own tenant.
- Your data is yours. Your other clients and your prices are never visible to other partners or to our sales team.
- Your profile is your pitch. Resources, capabilities and coverage you declare decide which requests you see; keep it complete and it works for you.

Capacity partner
Receive requests for your nodes, quote in the partner workbench, fulfil, and get settled T+7 after proof of delivery or release.

Operated partner
Run your warehouse or fleet on our software. Orders, ASNs and delivery manifests flow straight in; your data stays isolated in your tenant.

Your partner profile: type, nodes, lanes, real resources (space, docks, trucks, people), capabilities and coverage. Profile completeness drives how often you are matched.
Vetting
Licences, insurance, references
Our team checks the paperwork and calls two references. Approved partners start with a probation score.
Requests
Requests arrive in your workbench
Matched by lane, price band and score. Urgent requests go to the best-scored partners first.
Fulfil
Quote, accept, deliver
Your quote is shown to the client as part of their route. On acceptance the shipment appears in your workbench with every document.
Settle
Paid T+7, scored monthly
Settled seven days after proof of delivery or release, in CAD or USD. Your score updates monthly and decides which requests you see first.

- Every document on the record: booking, bills, arrival notice, release, delivery order, proof of delivery.
- Settlement T+7 after proof of delivery or release, CAD or USD, with a statement that matches your quote line by line.
- Performance score from on-time, document quality and exception response. Backup work is scored separately.
- Data isolation: your prices and your other clients are never visible to other partners or to our sales team.
- API and agent access so your own system or AI assistant can receive requests and post quotes.
