The chain

Eight nodes, one record. Choose the ones you need.

Every shipment moves through the same eight nodes. Shippers buy any set of them, next to each other or not. Partners serve any set of them with their own capacity. Whatever the split, the shipment stays in one record, with one tracking view and one statement, and a person approves every handover.

Whatever you choose

What stays the same

  • One record. The nodes you buy and the nodes you run yourself sit on the same shipment; your own carrier's events can be posted to it.
  • One tracking view. Each milestone names its node and its source, for you and for your customer.
  • One statement. Freight, customs, drayage, storage, fulfillment and delivery on one statement, charges matched to your rates first.
  • Handover documents. Where a node changes hands, the record says what passes: release, receipt, manifest or proof of delivery.
  • People approve. Prices, filings, releases and every message to you are approved by our team.

The assistant builds the same options from a sentence. Try: “FOB Yantian, two 40HQ, store three weeks in Richmond, deliver to six Calgary stores.” Open the assistant

Ship with us

From the first mile to the final mile, priced in minutes

Six services, one asset-based network. Rate-card lanes are priced by the assistant from published rates in minutes; everything else goes to a specialist the same day. A person approves every price before it reaches you.

What changed since 2026

The same six services, now bought and run through one record.

  1. 01

    Priced in minutes

Rate-card lanes are priced by the assistant from published rates and surcharges. Anything off the card reaches a specialist the same day.

  2. 02

Booked online, confirmed by a person

Accept a plan in the portal or the assistant. Nothing is booked until you confirm and our team has confirmed space.

  3. 03

    Documents checked before they leave

Pre-alerts, bills, packing lists and invoices are read on arrival. Missing or conflicting fields become a task for a person, not a surprise at the terminal.

  4. 04

    Exceptions with a clock

A hold, a rolled booking or a short receipt opens an exception with options and costs. Standard response within 4 hours, 30 minutes on Enterprise.

  5. 05

    Tracking with a source

Each milestone names the carrier event, document or person behind it. Late updates are kept as history, never moved backwards.

  6. 06

    One statement

Freight, customs, drayage, storage, fulfillment and delivery on one statement per client, charges matched against your rates before they are billed.

  7. 07

    Stock in the same portal

Inventory, ASNs, orders and warehouse invoices sit next to your shipments. One login for every service you buy.

  8. 08

Plans with credit and rate locks

Preferred and Enterprise plans add payment terms, 30-day rate locks on contracted lanes and faster exception response. See plans

Partner with us

Bring capacity to any node. Keep your business your own.

Carriers, origin agents, customs brokers, trucking companies, warehouses and courier teams join the network on the nodes they choose. Requests reach you from the same record our own operations run on; you quote, fulfil and get settled on fixed terms.
Level 1

Capacity partner

Receive requests for your nodes, quote in the partner workbench, fulfil, and get settled T+7 after proof of delivery or release.

Example: a Yantian consolidator serving nodes 1 and 2.

Level 2

Operated partner

Run your warehouse or fleet on our software. Orders, ASNs and delivery manifests flow straight in; your data stays isolated in your tenant.

Example: a Houston warehouse on nodes 6 and 7.

Level 3

Channel partner

Embed our quote, booking and tracking in your own system or AI agent through the API, and earn a margin on every shipment you bring.

Example: a sourcing platform or ERP vendor in Shenzhen.

Level 4

Network partner

Hold reserve capacity for peak season or act as backup on a node. Scored separately, so stepping in never hurts your own rating.

Example: a Calgary courier covering node 8 in November.

Platform

One record. Five ways in.

AI, with people in the loop

Seven agents prepare the work. People make the calls.

Each agent reads, drafts, matches or watches one part of the chain and writes to the same record. None of them can move money, file customs, release cargo or message a client on their own.

Trust

Promises written into the system, not into a contract annex

Four rules apply to every agent and every person on the record. They are checked by the software and published as numbers each month, for clients and partners alike.
HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP

AI prepares, people decide

Prices, filings, releases, payments and client messages always wait for a named person. The agents bring the options and the evidence.

No state change without a person

GROUNDED

Every suggestion has a source

A milestone names its carrier event, a charge names its rate line, an HS suggestion names the goods description and the precedent it leaned on.

No number without a pipe behind it

AUDITABLE

Everything leaves a trail

Who, when, from what evidence, with which model and prompt. Any shipment can be replayed end to end, for an internal review or for a dispute.

ESCALATION

Unsure means ask

Every suggestion carries a confidence. Below the floor it becomes a Fix item for a person, and the floor itself is reviewed against the golden set.
